‘Lungs Of The World’ Collapsing As Brazil Declares ‘State of Emergency’ After Global Weather Chaos Dries Up Amazon River, China’s ‘Mother River’ Dying As United States Hands Control Of Bird Flu Pandemic Over To Military

Today as the Earth continues reeling from an almost total years effects of Massive Storms, Massive Earthquakes, Catastrophic Tsunamis, Unprecedented Volcanic Eruptions, Threats of Total Global War, Global Weather System Chaos and the soon to be upon us all Avian Flu Pandemic of Historical proportions, the world today has suffered yet another blow by news from the Amazon Regions of Brazil that a State of Emergency has been declared due to lack of rain, and as we can read as reported by the CNN News Service in their article titled "Brazil declares disaster areas in Amazon, Worst drought it decades drying key rivers" and which says:

"Four Brazilian cities in the Amazon jungle state of Amazonas have been declared disaster areas as the worst drought in 60 years dries up rivers that thousands of families depend on to receive food and medicine, authorities said Monday. The level of the Amazon rises and falls regularly, but this year the dry season has been more severe than usual. The fires that farmers and ranchers use to clear the forest have helped raise the temperature in the western Amazon, da Silva said, helping to quickly evaporate the little rain that fell this year."

This area of the world is perhaps one of the most vital for all living creatures, and as we can read as stated by the Planet Ark Organization in their report titled "Data Show Amazon Still 'Lungs of the World' and which says, "The Amazon deserves to be called the "lungs of the world," as new projections show it is a net producer of oxygen despite widespread burning of the jungle, scientists said."

Not just to the Amazon Regions are the effects of Global Weather Chaos being either, as reports from China are showing that another of the worlds greatest rivers are in critical danger, and as we can read as reported by the Sapa-AFP News Service in their article titled "Global warming drying China's 'mother river' and which says:

"Global warming is leading to widespread ecological decline at the headwaters of the Yellow River, threatening water supplies to 120-million people, an environmental group said on Monday. In a study commissioned by Greenpeace, scientists said global warming was melting glaciers and permafrost, which in turn was breaking up and drying out the land, turning grasslands into deserts and leaving lakes and rivers without water.

"Climate change is wreaking havoc at the birthplace of China's mother river," said Greenpeace China climate change researcher Li Mo Xuan. "The plight of the Yellow River is a grave warning. Millions of people are at risk from climate change and the world must act now to reduce carbon dioxide emissions."

To the suddenness of these events occurring, and to their increasing devastation to human beings, indeed whole nations, it remains today that the American people alone are not being allowed to understand the true extent of the catastrophes soon to befall us all, but perhaps no one more so than those people of the United States.

The circumstances for this being so are many, and to which some we have commented on in previous reports, but too their continued denial of the horrific nature of their future, to their denying the truth of these of these events, even to the censoring of all warnings, such as ours, from reaching those who might be saved by hearing, it staggers the human mind!

The same however cannot be said of their Military Leaders, who not only know the fully extent of the catastrophic changes beginning their full fury against the entire world, they have even reported about it. Though not read by buy a handful of Americans, the United States Pentagon, and realizing the true and horrible fate of our world, had prepared a report about these things, and as we can read as summarized by the British Guardian Unlimited News Service in their article titled "Key findings of the Pentagon" and which states:

· Future wars will be fought over the issue of survival rather than religion, ideology or national honour.

· By 2007 violent storms smash coastal barriers rendering large parts of the Netherlands uninhabitable. Cities like The Hague are abandoned. In California the delta island levees in the Sacramento river area are breached, disrupting the aqueduct system transporting water from north to south.

· Between 2010 and 2020 Europe is hardest hit by climatic change with an average annual temperature drop of 6F. Climate in Britain becomes colder and drier as weather patterns begin to resemble Siberia.

· Deaths from war and famine run into the millions until the planet's population is reduced by such an extent the Earth can cope.

· Riots and internal conflict tear apart India, South Africa and Indonesia.

· Access to water becomes a major battleground. The Nile, Danube and Amazon are all mentioned as being high risk.

· A 'significant drop' in the planet's ability to sustain its present population will become apparent over the next 20 years.

· Rich areas like the US and Europe would become 'virtual fortresses' to prevent millions of migrants from entering after being forced from land drowned by sea-level rise or no longer able to grow crops. Waves of boatpeople pose significant problems.

· Nuclear arms proliferation is inevitable. Japan, South Korea, and Germany develop nuclear-weapons capabilities, as do Iran, Egypt and North Korea. Israel, China, India and Pakistan also are poised to use the bomb.

· By 2010 the US and Europe will experience a third more days with peak temperatures above 90F. Climate becomes an 'economic nuisance' as storms, droughts and hot spells create havoc for farmers.

· More than 400m people in subtropical regions at grave risk.

· Europe will face huge internal struggles as it copes with massive numbers of migrants washing up on its shores. Immigrants from Scandinavia seek warmer climes to the south. Southern Europe is beleaguered by refugees from hard-hit countries in Africa.

· Mega-droughts affect the world's major breadbaskets, including America's Midwest, where strong winds bring soil loss.

· China's huge population and food demand make it particularly vulnerable. Bangladesh becomes nearly uninhabitable because of a rising sea level, which contaminates the inland water supplies.

To the many warnings the world, including ours, that have been ‘shouted’ to these American people on how their nations ‘fight for survival’ has been planned by their Military Leaders as leading to their enslavement under the command of their Military in a Total Police State, they still fail to listen, or more accurately to understand.

As we had previously reported on in our October 1^st report titled "Bird Flu Outbreaks Reported In United States and Canada, Toronto Hospitals Begin Quarantine Lockdown as Canadian and American Authorities Order News Blackout, Bio-Virus Released In Washington D.C." and wherein we stated:

“But not to the path of sanity and truth are the Military Leaders of the United States leading their people, but rather to the path of totalitarian fascist rule are they being led, and as we can read as reported by the American Social Commentator Alan Bock in his essay titled "Posse Comitatus: Remembering Why" and which says:

"President Bush, showing in full bloom the instincts that make it clear that whatever he is politically he is not a conservative of the traditional limited-government or Constitutionalist variety, has lofted a trial balloon to promote the idea of having the military play a more extensive, earlier and perhaps even primary role in handling future disasters. The fact that he has mentioned it more than once, and that press secretary Scott McClellan has discussed both that idea and the idea of bypassing governors when disaster strikes, suggests that the notion is not just something that popped into his head on the spur of the moment.

Posse Comitatus is a Latin phrase that sounds obscure to most people, so it might not seem like a big thing to amend the act to make it easier to deploy the military in essentially civilian duties. But it is a big thing. The president's call to consider changes so far seems to have had little resonance, as have earlier calls. But the president is a stubborn man who sometimes confuses stubbornness with integrity or commitment to principle."

Towards the end of creating a total Fascist Police State, modeled after that of the 1930’s Nazi German Republic, the outrages of the Military Leaders of the United States continue as they are now changing their laws to allow for civilian control of their people by their Military Intelligence Forces, and exactly like those granted to the dreaded Gestapo Forces of Nazi Germany, and as we can read as reported by the New York Times News Service in their article titled "US defense agency seeks more latitude in its investigations" and which chilling says:

"The Defense Intelligence Agency is seeking an exemption from US law to give officers greater latitude in interviewing potential intelligence sources inside the US, the agency's top lawyers said on Friday. The provision, which was already approved by the Senate, would allow defense intelligence officers to interview potential intelligence sources inside the US without first identifying themselves as US government officials.

The lawyers said the agency's efforts to recruit spies inside the country, something they said had become an increasing part of the agency's mission, had been hamstrung by provisions of the Privacy Act, which require that government employees notify Americans when they are collecting information from them. Under the change being sought by the agency, the DIA officer would not need to disclose his affiliation until he actually sought to recruit a potential source.

A Democratic congressional official said the proposal had won backing from Democrats on the Senate intelligence committee. But the official said there was some concern among Democrats that civil liberties groups might see the proposal as a way to allow defense intelligence officers to play an overly broad role in intelligence-gathering within the US."

And today’s news from the United States shows the true nature of the Military Leaders of America towards their own citizens by the placing of their Military and Police Forces in control of their nation upon the arrival of the Bird Flu to their shores, and as we can read as reported by the MSNBC News Service in their article titled "Homeland Security to be lead in flu crisis" and which says:

"If the nightmare of an avian flu pandemic emerges from the dark chapters of doomsday scenarios, it will fall to the Department of the Homeland Security, not the medical establishment, to manage the crisis, according to federal documents and interviews with government officials. The DHS lead role, however, seems at odds with operational plans that call for the Department of Health and Human Services to be the government’s go-to agency in such a crisis. According to current documents outlining operational plans for public health and medical emergencies, HHS “is the primary Federal Agency responsible for public health and medical emergency planning, preparations, response, and recovery.”

As the days for their total enslavement draw ever nearer, the forces of darkness from within the very soul of America itself has begun their almost complete censorship of all warnings to their people. From their televisions, radio broadcasts, newspapers, and magazines… even to the Internet itself, the almost unassailable assault upon all true sources of warning, and information, to the American people has begun.

Today as the storm clouds of oppression cover spread throughout the once great Nation of the United States, its people remain sleeping. But soon, and much sooner than any of them can realize, they will awaken….but not from a dream, but into a nightmare of their own making.
