US Federal Prosecutor Targets American Military Leaders, Indictments Increasing Against War Party Supporters

What passes for politics these day in America is suddenly being threatened by what Russian Security Analysts are terming as a ‘renegade’ US Federal Prosecutor named Patrick Fitzgerald, in the American city of Chicago, and who has been increasing his indictments against American War Party supporters, mainly Israelis, in what some analysts are speculating is an ever increasing spiral towards the very center of the War Party itself, the American Vice President Cheney.

The latest to fall to these indictments being issued by this US Federal Prosecutor are former associates of one of Israel’s largest American Media Empires, and Canadian Billionaire, Conrad Black, and as we can read as reported by the Chicago Sun Times News Service in their article titled "Ex-publisher hit with fraud charges" and which says;

"Federal prosecutors slapped former Chicago Sun-Times publisher David Radler with criminal fraud charges Thursday, accusing him and another former executive of stealing $32 million from the paper's parent company, Hollinger International. The indictments stem from two years of corporate intrigue at Hollinger International, owner of more than 100 suburban Chicago newspapers as well as the Sun-Times. Radler and former chairman Conrad Black left the company in 2003 amid charges they improperly diverted millions to themselves.

The indictment announced by U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald named Mark Kipnis, a former in-house lawyer for Hollinger, as another participant in the fraud. In addition, the government indicted Ravelston Corp., a Canadian company that owns a controlling share of Hollinger Inc., which in turn owns a controlling stake in Hollinger International. The government did not charge Black. But Fitzgerald said Radler plans to plead guilty and testify at any criminal trial resulting from the investigation, which is ongoing. Legal sources said this likely meant Radler would testify against Black.

Radler is a native of Montreal whose father ran a French restaurant called Au Lutin Qui Bouffe -- "the elf who gorges himself." Radler and Black first teamed up in 1969 when they bought the Sherbrooke Record, a small newspaper in Quebec. They purchased the Sun-Times in 1994 as they assembled a global media empire that included London's Daily Telegraph and the Jerusalem Post."

To the immense power these Israeli controlled American Media Empires have been in leading the United States towards a Global Empire through conquest has been noted by many American writers, and as evidenced by the November, 2003 reporting of one of Americas leading Anti-War Protesters, Justin Raimondo in his article titled "CONRAD BLACK & THE CORRUPTION OF EMPIRE: The War Party – they're thieves as well as liars" and which says;

"The burgeoning investigation into Hollinger International Inc. – once the third-largest English language newspaper empire in terms of circulation, including the British Telegraph, the Jerusalem Post, and the Chicago Sun-Times – threatens not only Perle, but several of his cronies. Presided over by Lord Conrad Black, the Canadian media mogul who gave up his citizenship to become a British aristocrat, the Hollinger combine is a particularly muscular tentacle of the neocon media octopus, and its demise would mark a great setback for the War Party.

Although he still remains the single biggest shareholder, Black was forced to step down as CEO, along with two other confederates, after a company investigation found that he took $7.2 million in unauthorized pay. This is not counting millions in payments to Black's front companies, for "management services," while the company's stock fell in the face of rising media stock prices. Minority stockholders are up in arms. The Securities and Exchange Commission is also investigating, widening its probe to include an examination of the financial shenanigans indulged in by members of Hollinger's board, who rubberstamped the abuse and misuse of investors' money. Steven Pearlstein, writing in the Washington Post, has a particularly clear-eyed take on the matter:

"It's amazing the coincidences you find digging into Hollinger International, the publishing empire that includes Chicago's Sun-Times and London's Daily Telegraph and is quickly slipping from Conrad Black's control. "Let's start with the board of directors, which includes Barbara Amiel, Conrad's wife, whose right-wing rants have managed to find an outlet in Hollinger publications. And there's Washington superhawk Richard Perle, who heads Hollinger Digital, the company's venture capital arm. Seems that Hollinger Digital put $2.5 million in a company called Trireme Partners, which aims to cash in on the big military and homeland security buildup. As luck would have it, Trireme's managing partner is none other than... Richard Perle.

"… There's Gerald Hillman, managing partner of Hillman Capital, which also got a $14 million investment from Hollinger, according to the Financial Times. Hillman is also a partner at Trireme." Both Perle and Hillman are members of the Defense Policy Board, the nerve center of neoconservative influence in this administration, where policy, ideology, and the pursuit of profits combine to motivate a constant stream of war propaganda. They lied us into war, and now we're finding out that they're thieves as well as liars."

These latest actions by this US Federal Prosecutor are also causing alarm in many American political circles for fear that his many investigations into the lives and finances of American Military Leaders will lead him to personal destruction, and as we can read as reported by the Chicago Tribune News Service in their article titled “Politicians support reappointment of Attorney Fitzgerald" and which says;

"Fitzgerald was the state's Republican U.S. senator in 2001 when he went outside Illinois' political and legal circles to recommend Patrick Fitzgerald, who was then a federal prosecutor in New York. Peter Fitzgerald contends that the subsequent indictment of former GOP Gov. George Ryan and the federal investigation of Mayor Richard Daley's City Hall have angered powerful politicians in both parties. The Fitzgeralds are not related.

"I'd be pleasantly surprised if Speaker Hastert recommended Patrick Fitzgerald for reappointment," the former senator said in a telephone interview, echoing comments he made in a WGN-TV interview Wednesday. "But I'm beginning to sense that a lot of people, a lot of criminals, may hope that October brings them a new U.S. attorney in Chicago, one perhaps a little bit more malleable and acceptable to influence from leading Republicans and leading Democrats."

The greatest fear towards this renegade Federal Prosecutor though comes from his targeting Americas most powerful Military Leaders, and who one of which is the American Presidents closest advisor, Karl Rove, and who is now feeling the wrath of Mr. Fitzgerald, and as we can read as reported by the ABC News Service in their article titled “Fitzgerald Still Questioning Witnesses, Zeros In On Rove" and which says;

"Based on ABC News sources it appears that at least two witnesses testified before the grand jury last Friday, both close associates of Karl Rove. ABC News has learned that one was Susan Ralston, Rove’s long-time right hand. The other, per ABC News’ Jake Tapper, was Israel “Izzy” Hernandez, Rove’s former left hand (and now a top Commerce Department official). It isn’t clear if either had been asked to testify before last week."

The parallels between this present American Crisis and last centuries Watergate Crisis, and which brought down one of their most powerful Presidents, Richard Nixon, cannot be lost upon us either. Even to one of the main characters of the Watergate Crisis, John W. Dean, the words he uses in his book on Americas present Military Leaders, "Worse Than Watergate: The Secret Presidency of George W. Bush", are indeed chilling:

"Their secrecy is extreme -- not merely unjustified and excessive but obsessive... It has given us a presidency that operates on hidden agendas. To protect their secrets, Bush and Cheney dissemble as a matter of policy... Cheney openly declares that he wants to turn the clock back to the pre-Watergate years -- a time of an unaccountable and extra-constitutional imperial presidency. To say that their secret presidency is undemocratic is an understatement."

"Cheney formed what is, in effect, a shadow NSC [National Security Council]...It is a secret government -- beyond the reach of Congress, and everyone else as well...Cheney knew that terrorism was the perfect excuse, an ideal raison d'etre for his 'let's rule the world' philosophy. Politically, it would be much easier to be seen as shooting back instead of shooting first, given the caliber of weapon Cheney sought to wield. But he and his team did far worse than simply waiting for an attack that would kill a sufficient number of Americans...It is reasonable to believe that they planned to exploit terrorism before 9/11 handed them the issue ready-made for exploitation -- a fact they obviously want to keep buried."

"Not since Lyndon Johnson hoodwinked Congress into issuing the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which authorizes sending American troops to Vietnam, has a president so deceived Congress about a matter of such grave national importance. ...Bush and Cheney took this nation to war on their hunches, their unreliable beliefs, and their unsubstantiated intelligence -- and used deception with Congress both before and after launching the war. ...The evidence is overwhelming, certainly sufficient for a prima facie case, that George W. Bush and Richard B. Cheney have engaged in deceit and deception over going to war in Iraq. This is an impeachable offense."

"Their secrecy helps corporations and industries that are major contributors. But with a deadly difference. Bush and Cheney have, from the outset of their presidency, shown utter disregard for the human consequences of their actions, both at home and abroad. ... What Bush and Cheney are doing to the environment to curry favor with their contributors is far worse than anything Nixon's 'responsiveness program' ever did. The Bush-Cheney presidency is engaged in crimes against nature, not to mention failing to faithfully execute the laws of the land."

To me personally, as I am writing this from America, it is amazing to watch, read and listen to what they call news, which is in fact not news at all but propaganda disguised as entertainment but that these American peoples accept as truth for no discernable reasons they are able to articulate other than it is ‘official’ and therefore must be believed. To have such a population filled with those not questioning authority, and submitting themselves to all kinds of gross and humiliating searches with virtually no protest has always been the dream of dictators, today’s Americans would have indeed made Hitler himself proud to call them his people.

It is as if these Americans do not even know their own history, as their main reason for revolting against the British was because of the Kings Soldiers brutal searches of their American colonists homes, the taking of their property without payment or warrants and to which this Nation was first founded they enshrined in their Constitution those laws to protect them from ever having this happen to them again.

But to see the differences between present day London and New York City one can not help but notice how far these peoples have strayed from their original ideals in that New York City is not a city anymore, but can instead be more accurately described as the worlds largest Urban Prison. So structured and controlled are these peoples lives that even to stop walking on their streets for rest will bring fast a reaction from their Police Guards, who are ever present and greatly feared by the Urban Prison population they control.

As American Military Forces continue their campaign for total World domination these peoples are repeatedly told that their war is one of freedom, but if this city, New York, is their example of being free it is impossible to guess as to what these most strangest of peoples consider freedom to be.
