Massive Sheering of Nazca Plate Sends Shock Waves from Americas to Arctic Regions, ‘Greatest Danger Ahead’ Say Russian Scientists for North America Plate

Russian Scientists are reporting today that a massive sheering event has occurred in the Nazca Plate off the coastal areas of South America due to continuing pressures building upon the North American Plate that has shifted energy through the Caribbean Plate causing an increasing number of earthquakes in this region, including the past 24 hour events of 6.5 Magnitude off the Coast of Chile 5.1 Magnitude in Svalbard, 4.8 Magnitude in the Easter Island Regions, 4.7 Magnitude in the Central East Pacific Rise and a just occurring 5.3 Magnitude event in the United States California Region, and as we can read as reported by the Reuters News Service in their article titled "Moderate earthquake shakes Los Angeles area" and which says;

"A moderate earthquake of magnitude 5.3 struck Southern California's high desert on Thursday afternoon, breaking glass in nearby communities and rocking buildings in downtown Los Angeles. The 1:53 p.m. (2053 GMT) quake was centered near Yucaipa, California, 79 miles east of Los Angeles, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Witnesses as far away as San Diego reported strong shaking from the temblor which struck at a depth of 15 km."

These recent events also follow the past 72 hour earthquakes in the Americas that include the 7.9 Magnitude event in Chile, 6.6 Magnitude event in Alaska, 7.0 Magnitude event off the coast of California and the estimated 120,000 aftershocks still occurring throughout the Americas due to the massive instability now occurring.

Of increasing concern to Russian scientists remain the entire North American Plate Regions, especially its New Madrid Fault Zone, and as we had previously reported on in our June 15^th report titled "North American Intraplate Collapsing Heralding New Madrid Fault Zone Cataclysm as Rare Major ‘Triplet’ Earthquakes Occur in the Americas" and wherein we had stated;

“Russian Scientists are reporting today that the rare Earthquake Triplet Events occurring over the last 36 hours in Chile (7.8 Magnitude Event), Alaska (6.9 Magnitude Event) and California (7.2 Magnitude Event), coupled with today’s New Madrid Earthquake (1.6 Magnitude Event), are signaling the breaking apart of the North American Intraplate in the area of the New Madrid Fault Zone.

Of this most strange of fault zones we can read more about as reported by the United States Stanford University in their report titled "New Madrid earthquakes still threaten central United States, scientists conclude" and which says;

"Intraplate zones are something of a mystery," notes Segall. "We can't even map the fault, so we don't really know how big it is." "As scientists, we don't understand what's happening in the intraplate setting all that well," adds Kenner. "What we tried to do in our current Science study is to come up with a model that's a better approximation of the New Madrid seismic zone."

The Kenner-Segall model suggests that there is a preexisting weak zone beneath the New Madrid fault where stress accumulates over time. "You may not be able to see very much stress accumulation," observes Segall, "but it's there."

After many years, the stress shifts from the weak zone toward the surface, where it builds up and eventually causes the fault to rupture, triggering a large earthquake as the ground slips some 15 to 30 feet. "The New Madrid fault is like a crack in the wall," comments Segall. "You try to cover it with plaster, but the crack reappears over and over again. It's always going to be there, because it's a preexisting weakness.

"I can't emphasize enough that there is a huge uncertainty when it comes to intraplate events," he adds. "For example, we don't know why the earthquakes come in triplets, but it has happened on a regular basis in the past."

The commonality of these events are there all being what Russian Scientists describe as ‘Thrust Faults’ which cause a ‘rolling’ type movement to earth surfaces, and as further explained by the United States Tulane University in their studies wherein they state, “A blind thrust fault occurs in an area undergoing compressional stress that has rocks that deform in a ductile fashion overlying rocks that deform in a brittle fashion. The compressional stress thus causes the upper rocks to fold as the hanging wall block is pushed up along the underlying thrust fault."

But of the greatest concern according to Russian Scientists is that the entire earth is now in a sustained geological event wherein there are no valid historical examples as these things have never occurred in recorded history, and therefore fall within the domain of theoretical scientists such as Dr. Takeshi Mikumo of the Mexican Geophysical Institute of Mexico who in his report titled "Stress Change in a Subducting Plate, due to Large Thrust Earthquakes, Plate Convergence and Viscoelastic Relaxation, and Its Possible Effecton Intraplate Normal-Faulting Earthquakes" has stated;

“The present results from our stress estimates would suggest that the coseismic stress increasedue to the 1978 thrust earthquake may have enhanced the chance of occurrence of the 1999normal-faulting earthquake in the subducting Cocos plate. The estimated maximum increase inthe shear stress and the Coulomb failure stress below the downdip portion of the main thrust zoneis about 0.5 to 1.5 MPa. This magnitude is significantly larger than those so far reported ( e.g.Harris, 1998 ). This may be due to the close proximity of the two events and large,heterogeneous stress drop during the thrust earthquake. The 1999 event took place in this zone.The postseismic changes during 20 years coming from the locking of the main thrust zone andalso due to the viscoelastic stress relaxation do not seem to be large enough to overcome theeffects of the coseismic change. If the coseismic and postseismic stress increase due to the 1978earthquake actually triggered the 1999 event, one of its possible mechanisms might be stresscorrosion; the subducting oceanic lithosphere may have involved several, preexisting weakplanes, and one of these planes might have been reactivated and fractured due to stress corrosionunder the increase of the applied stress there for 20 years.”

Most astounding about all of these events occurring in the America’s however are the reports that their Western Scientists are telling their citizens that all of these events are ‘isolated’ incidents and are not connected, as if their regions were actually separated from the rest of the globe.

According to Russian Intelligence Analysts the decisions for not warning them are based solely upon economic considerations deemed more vital to the security of the United States than the lives of their citizens. But many warnings about these current events have been sounded to these Westerners from many sources, such as our March 6^th report titled "Arctic Circle Earthquakes Begins North American Continent Instability, Greater Earthquakes Sure to Follow" and wherein we had stated;

“Reports have reached us today that the Franz Josef Land archipelago Region of Russia, and in the Arctic Circle, has been stricken by a series of powerful earthquakes. The Seismic Network of the Russian Academy of Sciences is currently estimating the largest of these events to be over 6.0 magnitude event, and covering an area of the Arctic Regions of tens of thousands of square kilometers.

Occurring also with these events in a symbiotic relationship, with the depth of 33 kilometers being the common factor, was another earthquake event in the Quebec Region of Canada, and as reported by the Seismic Network of the Russian Academy of Sciences as having over a 5.0 magnitude.

These shallow focus earthquakes, of depths less than 75 km, are of great concern to Russian scientists because of their great potential for harm, and also as foretellers of larger events to come.

The significance of these current events lie in the fact that great the great instability in the Eurasian Plate, and caused by the magnitude 9.3 event, and as reported by the UPI News Service, "The main earthquake --a magnitude 9.3 event and the second-strongest ever recorded -- unleashed tsunamis that killed nearly 300,000 people in coastal areas as far away as Sri Lanka and India.", of December 26, 2004 on this plates southern boundary, is now being transferred to its northern (frontal) boundary where it meets the North American Plate in the Franz Josef Land archipelago.

Dr. G.P. Avetisov, Russian Academy of Sciences, Saint Petersburg, in his report to the United States scientific organization National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and titled “Seismically active zones of the Arctic”, has said, "It is noteworthy that the disturbed mid-oceanic seismic belt is colinear with Eurasian submeridional Franz-Victoria and Saint Anna offshore troughs. These troughs show a few earthquakes magnitude up to 6.5 on their intersection with the continental slope."

The relationship therefore between these two earthquake events in Arctic Russia and Quebec Canada can not be underestimated because, and as stated by the Canadian Governments Natural Resources Ministry, "Canada east of the Cordillera, extending north from the United States border to the Arctic Ocean, comprises about two-thirds of the stable craton of the North American plate."

But to no warnings do these Westerners heed it seems, even against all common sense they continue to rest in the assurances of their Military Leaders even though they themselves know that they are being lied to. What can anyone do for people such as these? For our purposes we must continue our efforts that even to one of their lives being saved our efforts will have succeeded.
