Chinese Government Admits To Massive Epidemics as World Health Organization Granted Sweeping New Powers over All Nations and Peoples on Earth

Reports have reached us this morning confirming the recent reports of Russian scientists stating that China has been battling numerous epidemics, and which they had been not reporting to the World Health Organization, and as we can read as reported by the Knight-Ridder News Service in their article titled "2 epidemics spreading among livestock and birds, China says" and which says;

"After stonewalling for weeks, China acknowledged Friday that two epidemics had spread among its animal and bird populations, renewing questions about its readiness to provide prompt information about infectious disease. The belated announcement came amid fresh criticism that China's disease-surveillance system is inadequate to deal with an avian flu virus that scientists say may turn into a global pandemic among humans.

Rumors had spread in rural areas about the outbreak as animal-health agents began culling cattle and spreading disinfectant along roads. But the matter was subject to a news blackout, and journalists were barred from affected regions. As recently as this week, officials said they knew nothing about a hoof-and-mouth contagion.

In another announcement, Jia said avian flu had killed 1,000 migratory wild birds in the northwestern province of Qinghai, but that it hadn't spread to poultry or humans. The toll marked a fivefold increase from previous reports China had offered to the Paris-based World Organization for Animal Health.

Earlier this week, authorities dispatched experts to vaccinate 3 million chickens, ducks and other poultry in Qinghai, a sparsely populated province in the Himalayan steppes that's a migratory route for birds between Central Asia and India. Jia said the wild birds found dead include bar-headed geese, cormorants and great black-headed gulls."

This most troubling of news follows this week’s warning by the world’s leading scientists that millions are expected to perish during the coming pandemic that is rapidly spreading around the world, and as we can read as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle News Service in their article titled "Flu pandemic looms, experts warn world" and which says;

"A lineup of leading infectious disease experts warned Wednesday that the world is unprepared for the health and economic consequences of an outbreak of pandemic influenza that could spring from a lethal strain of bird flu now ravaging poultry flocks in Southeast Asia. In commentaries published in the British science journal Nature, doctors used some of the strongest language yet to suggest that the bird flu virus known as H5N1 could mutate into a form easily transmitted among people, creating a strain capable of killing millions."

Not known to the Western peoples is that the World Health Organization, WHO, has been given new and extraordinary powers this past week over all of earth’s peoples in preparation for the battle against this unstoppable new disease, and as we can read as reported by the Financial Times News Service in their article titled “WHO gains new powers to tackle disease" and which says;

"The 192 members of the World Health Organisation yesterday approved international rules giving the WHO sweeping powers to tackle disease outbreaks and other health threats. The WHO said the need for new international health regulations had been underlined by the 2003 outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome (Sars) and the more recent bird flu epidemic in Asia. The current regulations, introduced half a century ago before the days of mass air travel and global mobility, cover only cholera, plague and yellow fever."

Perhaps most to be affected by these ‘sweeping’ new powers of the WHO are those peoples living in the United States, and who during the aftermath of the events of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks allowed themselves to be shackled with some of the most draconian laws against freedom ever devised by the passing of laws known as “The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act” (PDF document), of which a part of it states;

"The public health authority may isolate or quarantine, pursuant to Section 604, any person whose refusal of medical examination or testing results in uncertainty regarding whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a contagious or possibly contagious disease or otherwise poses a danger to public health.

Lost to these American peoples also was their Presidents signing of an Executive Order authorizing quarantine for the United States when this deadly flu hits their country, and as we can read as reported by the News Target News Service in their article titled "Bush authorizes bird flu quarantine order" and which says, "President George W. Bush signed an executive order on April 1, 2005, authorizing a quarantine to be imposed on the nation in the event of a bird fl outbreak. Bird flu is currently found in Southeast Asia, where it has been contracted by at least 69 people since January of 2004. The current bird flu strain has a mortality rate of 70 percent."

The significance of the ‘sweeping’ new powers given the World Health Organization, coupled with both the American Presidents signing of the Executive Order and the various American States enacting The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, is that the complete sovereignty of the United States, and its peoples, will be turned over to the World Health Organization, and operating under their laws called the International Health Regulations (IHR), and to which every nation on earth has agreed to abide by.

No longer in effect when these things happen will be their current American laws or their much cherished Constitution. Never in history has such a plan been devised to so effectively, and quickly, destroy the freedoms of so many people.

Never in history have so many people watched as their freedoms and their way of lives were destroyed around them, without objection or protest, with perhaps the one exception of Nazi Germany during the last Century, and where one survivor of the Nazi Regime is leaving his adopted country of the United States to return to Germany and has said the wisest words of warning to his fellow countrymen in his parting, and as we can read in this article titled "Holocaust Survivor Leaving US - Sees What's Coming" which says;

"One of our neighbors is moving. I've been in this neighborhood for about six years now, but didn't really know them very well at all - just waves and nods, mostly.

So I heard the moving van pull up this morning. When I got home this evening I happened to spy my neighbor (he's like 85 years old - I don't know exactly, but he's old, talks and moves very slowly) standing on the sidewalk next to the van. I walked over and shook his hand, and we started talking. I asked him where he was moving, and he said, "Back to Germany."

I had been stationed in Germany for two years while in the military, so I lit up, and commented about how beautiful the country was, and inquired if he was going back because he missed it.

"No," he answered me. "I'm going back because I've seen this before." He then commenced to explain that when he was a kid, he watched with his family in fear as Hitler's government committed atrocity after atrocity, and no one was willing to say anything. He said the news refused to question the government, and the ones who did were not in the newspaper business much longer. He said good neighbors, people he had known all his life, turned against his family and other Jews, grabbing on to the hate and superiority "as if they were starved for it" (his words).

He said he was too old to see it happen right in front of his eyes again, and too old to do anything about it, so he was taking his family back to Europe on Thursday where they would be safe..."

This morning the gathering clouds of war, cataclysmic earth changes and disease grow ever stronger, and no more strongly than around the peoples of the United States, who still sleep like children in their beds, not knowing the terrible storm about to awaken them from their peaceful dreams.
