Council On Foreign Relations Warns Of United States Collapse By Summer, 2009

Russian Foreign Ministry sources are reporting today that the United States Council on Foreign Relations organization has presented to its Western allies attending this weeks contentious European Climate Summit a secret report that summarizes that the American Nation, indeed all of North America, will ‘totally collapse’ by the Summer of 2009.

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) describes itself as “an independent, nonpartisan membership organization, think tank, and publisher dedicated to being a resource for its members, government officials, business executives, journalists, educators and students, civic and religious leaders, and other interested citizens in order to help them better understand the world and the foreign policy choices facing the United States and other countries.”

Russian Intelligence sources, on the other hand, describe the Council on Foreign Relations as the defacto ‘shadow government’ of not just the United States, but the entire Western World since its founding in 1921, and which the World War I American President, Woodrow Wilson, spoke of by stating:

“Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the U.S., in the field of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.”

To the CFR’s latest warnings, these reports state, is the dire confirmation of the US Pentagon’s 2004 classified report to President Bush on the catastrophic Global changes due to climate change currently occurring and which only Britain’s Guardian Newspaper reported on, and as we can read from their article titled “Now the Pentagon tells Bush: climate change will destroy us”:

“Climate change over the next 20 years could result in a global catastrophe costing millions of lives in wars and natural disasters..

A secret report, suppressed by US defence chiefs and obtained by The Observer, warns that major European cities will be sunk beneath rising seas as Britain is plunged into a 'Siberian' climate by 2020. Nuclear conflict, mega-droughts, famine and widespread rioting will erupt across the world.

The document predicts that abrupt climate change could bring the planet to the edge of anarchy as countries develop a nuclear threat to defend and secure dwindling food, water and energy supplies. The threat to global stability vastly eclipses that of terrorism, say the few experts privy to its contents.

'Disruption and conflict will be endemic features of life,' concludes the Pentagon analysis. 'Once again, warfare would define human life.”

To the most chilling parts of this CFR report it outlines the West’s ‘survival plan of action’, and which includes in part:

Global manipulation of the prices of oil, natural gas, zinc, iron ore, nickel, copper, platinum, gold, corn, wheat and rice to ‘stratospheric heights’ to be immediately followed by their, likewise, engineered collapse.

Manipulation of the Global economy through the flooding into financial systems of ‘unlimited’ credit to be immediately followed by an engineered contraction of the money supply thereby collapsing the entire World’s banking system to leave the West’s powerful Central Banks as the sole survivors, and defacto owners of the West’s industrial output.

Dissolution of the North American and European Nation States which are then to be ‘reformed’ into ‘Global Trading Blocs’ centrally governed by unelected emissaries to a new ‘One World’ governing body.

The ‘forced destruction’ of all other Nation States on Earth, to include, Russia, China, the Middle East, South and Central America and Africa, whereupon they too will be able to become a part of the ‘new’ One World ruling structure.

The forced relocation of the Earth’s entire population into urban ‘environments’, with the United States, Canada and Mexico to be the first Nations to implement this policy among its citizens, by ‘force’ if necessary. [Note: It is interesting to note that in this section of the CFR’s report that no plans are made for the taking of weapons from these people, rather the price of ammunition for citizen owned weapons is first to be raised so to make it virtually unaffordable, to then be followed by mass engineered shortages and, finally, to be banned from being sold altogether.]

To the effectiveness in the CFR’s implementation of their plans for our World’s economy there is no doubt; and as we can read as reported by the International Herald News Service:

“The world economy is on the brink of a rare global recession, the World Bank said in a forecast released Tuesday, with world trade projected to fall next year for the first time since 1982 and capital flows to developing countries forecast to plunge 50 percent.

The projections are among the most dire in a litany of recent gloomy prognostications for the world economy, and officials at the World Bank warned that if they proved accurate, the downturn could throw many developing countries into crisis and keep tens of millions of people in poverty.

Even more troubling, several economists said, there is no obvious locomotive to propel a recovery.”

But, to the very real, and catastrophic, dangers facing the United States to which the CFR is preparing for, and as warned of by the Pentagon in their secret report, we can read as reported by the CNN News Service:

“Drought has returned to the United States, and some warn that more tough days are ahead.

The value of water is starting to become apparent in America. Over the past three years a drought has affected large swaths of the country, and conflicts over water usage may become commonplace in the future, climatologists say.

"Our focus is oil, but the critical need for water is going to make water the most significant natural resource that we're going to have to worry about in the future," says Larry Fillmer, executive director of the Natural Resources Management & Development Institute at Auburn University in Alabama.

At least 36 states expect to face water shortages within the next five years, according to a report from the U.S. Government Accountability Office.”

Even more important to note is that the very subject of the once too taboo to mention ‘One World’ government is now being broached by one of the West’s most prestigious and influential newspapers, London’s Financial Times, and as we can read:

“I have never believed that there is a secret United Nations plot to take over the US. I have never seen black helicopters hovering in the sky above Montana. But, for the first time in my life, I think the formation of some sort of world government is plausible.

A “world government” would involve much more than co-operation between nations. It would be an entity with state-like characteristics, backed by a body of laws. The European Union has already set up a continental government for 27 countries, which could be a model. The EU has a supreme court, a currency, thousands of pages of law, a large civil service and the ability to deploy military force.

So could the European model go global? There are three reasons for thinking that it might.

First, it is increasingly clear that the most difficult issues facing national governments are international in nature: there is global warming, a global financial crisis and a “global war on terror”.

Second, it could be done. The transport and communications revolutions have shrunk the world so that, as Geoffrey Blainey, an eminent Australian historian, has written: “For the first time in human history, world government of some sort is now possible.” Mr Blainey foresees an attempt to form a world government at some point in the next two centuries, which is an unusually long time horizon for the average newspaper column.

But – the third point – a change in the political atmosphere suggests that “global governance” could come much sooner than that. The financial crisis and climate change are pushing national governments towards global solutions, even in countries such as China and the US that are traditionally fierce guardians of national sovereignty.”

To the worst aspects of this report however, is that the plans being implemented by the CFR and their allies conclude that the American people are to be the first to be annihilated as they currently are the most ‘psychically medicated and media controlled’ of all the Earth’s peoples and unlike their counterparts in, for example, Greece and Thailand are not feared to protest against their rulers as their way of life, indeed their very Nation, is completely destroyed.

Though one could find it hard to intellectually argue against the CFR’s goal of uniting our entire Earth against the dire catastrophes we face as a human species, one could, indeed, find great exception to the methods they are using to achieve their goals.

If the end result, no matter how noble, does justify the means to achieve them then no argument against the CFR can be made.

If, however, the treatment of human beings to achieve these end results relegates us to being nothing more than chattel to our new masters than one can only determine to stand against those who seek to rule over us, to even destroy us, to keep us from destroying ourselves.

And for the Americans? According to the CFR ‘master plan’ their destruction has already begun and the summer of 2009 will be more horrible than any of them can realize.

Fuentes del Ministerio Ruso del Exterior están informando hoy que la organización del Consejo de Relaciones Exteriores de los Estados Unidos ha presentado a sus aliados Occidentales que asisten esta semana a la pendenciera Cumbre Europea del Clima, un reporte secreto que resume que la nación Americana, de hecho toda la América del Norte, se ‘colapsará totalmente’ para el verano de 2009.

El Consejo de Relaciones Exteriores (CFR) se describe a sí misma como “una organización independiente, apartidista, almacén de pensamiento y editora dedicada a ser una fuente para sus miembros, funcionarios de gobierno, ejecutivos de negocios, periodistas, educadores y estudiantes, líderes civiles y religiosos y otros ciudadanos interesados con el fin de ayudarlos a comprender mejor al mundo y las opciones de la política exterior que enfrentan los Estados Unidos y otros países”.

Algunos de los hombres más grandes en los Estados Unidos, en el campo del comercio y la manufactura tienen miedo de alguien, de algo. Ellos saben que hay un poder en algún lado tan organizado, tan sutil, tan vigilante, tan entrelazado, tan completo, tan penetrante que valía más no hablar más alto que sus respiraciones cuando lo condenan”.

Entre las advertencias más recientes del CFR, indican estos informes, está la espantosa confirmación del reporte confidencial de 2004 del Pentágono al Presidente Bush sobre los catastróficos cambios globales debido al cambio climático que sucede actualmente y que solamente el diario Británico The Guardian ha reportado y como lo podemos leer en su artículo: “Ahora el Pentágono le Dice a Bush que el Cambio Climático Nos Destruirá”.

“El cambio climático en los próximos 20 años podría dar por resultado una catástrofe global que costaría millones de vidas en guerras y desastres naturales...

Un informe secreto, ocultado por los jefes de la defensa de los Estados Unidos y obtenido por The Observer, advierte que las más importantes ciudades Europeas se hundirán bajo los mares mientras Gran Bretaña se hunde en un clima ‘Siberiano’ para el 2020. El conflicto nuclear, las mega-sequías, hambrunas y los disturbios extendidos harán erupción por todo el mundo.

El documento predice que el abrupto cambio climático podría llevar al planeta al borde de la anarquía al desarrollar los países la amenaza nuclear para defender y asegurar el cada vez más escaso alimento, agua y energía. La manipulación global de los precios del petróleo, gas natural, zinc, hierro, mena, níquel, cobre, platino, oro, maíz, trigo y arroz a ‘alturas estratosféricas’ para ser seguidos de inmediato por su, igualmente, diseñada caída.

La manipulación de la economía global a través de inundar los sistemas financieros de crédito ‘ilimitado’ para seguirle inmediatamente después una contracción diseñada del abastecimiento de dinero, por tanto, colapsando el sistema bancario mundial por completo para dejar a las poderosas bancas centrales del Occidente como únicos supervivientes y dueños de facto de la producción industrial del Occidente.

La disolución de los estados naciones Norteamericanos y Europeos que serán, luego, ‘reformados’ en ‘Bloques de Comercio Mundial’ gobernados centralmente por emisarios no electos hacia un nuevo cuerpo de gobierno de ‘Un Mundo’.

El valor del agua está comenzando a notarse en los Estados Unidos. En más de los tres años pasados una sequía ha afectado grandes áreas del país y los conflictos por el uso del agua se podrían convertir en comunes en el futuro, dicen los climatólogos.

“Nuestro punto central es el petróleo, pero la necesidad crítica de agua va a convertir el agua en el recurso natural más importante que vamos a tener que preocuparnos por ella en el futuro” dice Larry Fillmer, director ejecutivo del Instituto de Desarrollo y Administración de Recursos Naturales en la Universidad de Auburn en Alabama.

Se espera que por lo menos 36 estados sufran escasez de agua dentro de los próximos cinco años según un informe de la Oficina de Contabilidad del Gobierno de los Estados Unidos”.

Todavía es más importante observar que el tema mismo del otrora tabú que era mencionar el gobierno “Único Mundial” ya está siendo discutido por uno de los diarios más prestigiados e influyentes del mundo, The Financial Times, y como lo podemos leer:

“Nunca he creído que haya un complot secreto de las Naciones Unidas para apoderarse de los Estados Unidos. Nunca he visto helicópteros negros revoloteando en el cielo sobre Montana. Pero, por primera vez en mi vida, creo que es plausible la formación de una especie de gobierno mundial.

Un ‘gobierno mundial’ implicaría mucho más que la cooperación entre naciones. Sería una entidad con características de estado, respaldada por un cuerpo de leyes. La Unión Europea ya ha establecido un gobierno continental para 27 países, que podría ser modelo. La UE tiene una suprema corte, una moneda, miles de páginas de leyes, un servicio social grande y la capacidad de desplegar fuerza militar.

Así que ¿Podría ser global el modelo Europeo? Hay tres razones para pensar que sí.

En primer lugar, es cada vez más claro que los temas más difíciles que enfrentan los gobiernos nacionales son de naturaleza internacional: hay calentamiento global, una crisis financiera global y una “guerra global contra el terror”.
