The Short Lives Of Alex And Samantha Are An American Police Horror Story
Hello Folks,
Following the United States federal police shooting death of 37-year-old armed leftist protester Alex Pretti over the weekend, it was not surprising to see the Washington Post revealing today: “The intensity of outrage over Pretti’s death has broken through the internet’s tribal barriers, transforming traditionally apolitical online spaces into sounding boards for fierce criticism of the administration’s immigration crackdown...On Instagram, Reddit, TikTok and YouTube, influencers who have built vast and politically neutral audiences with content about cooking, sports and fashion have suddenly opted to speak out in fury about the clashes in Minnesota, bringing many of their fans along for the ride”.
Fueling the intense fury now breaking through the internet’s tribal barriers over the federal police shooting death of armed leftist protester Alex Pretti is the New York Times article “New Video Analysis Reveals Flawed And Fatal Decisions In Shooting Of Pretti”, wherein it claimed: “A frame-by-frame assessment of actions by Alex Pretti and the two officers who fired 10 times shows how lethal force came to be used against a target who didn’t pose a threat”.
The Gateway Pundit quickly and factually observed: “The New York Times spun a false narrative on the actions of Alex Pretti leading up to his shooting death by Customs and Border Patrol officers in Minneapolis Saturday during an attempt to arrest an illegal alien...The Times report falsely paints Pretti as an innocent observer when instead he actively interfered with and made physical contact with a CBP officer while the officer was pushing two aggressive anti-ICE activists out of the street...The narrative skips over or ignores Pretti’s actions to interfere with the CBP officer and his aggressive physical contact with the officer”.
For those relying on facts instead of leftist propaganda narratives designed to ignite fury, internationally recognized expert on American self-defense law Attorney Andrew F. Branca pointed out the undisputed video evidence showing that armed leftist protester Alex Pretti first laid his hands on a federal police officer, a federal crime punishable by a term of up to 8-years imprisonment, which resulted in his shooting death a few chaotic seconds afterwards.

Starting in 2015, the Dear Sisters directed their main website page contain the section “American Death Toll Update” (scroll down the page to view this section), which daily documents the number of Americans killed by their own police and those killed by terror attacks, and this section documented on 1 January: “American 2015-2025 Death Toll: Americans Killed By Their Own Police: 13,595 Americans Killed By Terror: 463”.
Causing the Dear Sisters to include the American death toll section on their main page in 2015 was the horrifying police shooting death of Samantha Ramsey in April-2014—she was a 19-year-old teenage student sentenced to death by Boone County Kentucky police deputy sheriff Tyler Brockman, who jumped on the hood of her while she was leaving a party and ended her young life—the police shooting death of this unarmed teenage girl was ruled justified—and it was revealed on 12 December 2016: “The Boone County Sheriff's Office has agreed to settle a civil lawsuit for the death of Samantha Ramsey...In addition to the $3.5 million settlement, The sheriff's office has reportedly agreed to review and implement new policies. That's according to the attorney for Ramsey's family”.

What joins the police shooting deaths of Alex Pretti and Samantha Ramsey together are the numerous United States Supreme Court rulings defining what are justifiable uses of deadly force by police officers, the most important of which is the Barnes v. Felix unanimous decision handed down by the American high court last year, about which you should know: “On May 15, 2025, the Supreme Court issued a decision in Barnes v. Felix, a case addressing the question of when a police officer's use of force violates the Fourth Amendment's prohibition on unreasonable seizures...Lower courts had disagreed about what circumstances surrounding the use of deadly force a court could consider in assessing its reasonableness, with some courts looking only to the circumstances existing at the precise time an officer perceived the threat inducing him to shoot...In Barnes, the Supreme Court rejected this narrow rule, indicating instead that courts must consider all the relevant circumstances, including the facts and events leading up to the climactic moment, in assessing the reasonableness of an officer's use of force including deadly force”.

Most critically for you to understand about the United
States Supreme Court unanimous decision by a 9-0 vote in the Barnes
v. Felix case as it pertains to the federal police shooting of armed
leftist protester Alex Pretti is actually simple to understand, specifically
because this ruling orders the examination of all facts leading up to a police
shooting death, including who may have instigated the circumstances leading to
the police using deadly force, such as politicians and media pundits instilling
fear in people that police are really Nazi thugs, which, in turn, would
create a justifiable fear in police that those attacking them want to eliminate
a Nazi threat.
In a more honest world the mainstream media would give you the facts I’ve factually presented to you in this letter, but that isn’t their agenda because fake news and socialist narratives are better able to brainwash people.
